  • Counteract dopamine-driven distractions with deliberate attention-building exercises.

Bridge Science & Daily Life:

  • Design routines that boost serotonin (security) and oxytocin (bonding) through family rituals.
  • Convert findings into practical tools: “Neuro-Hacks for Homework” or “Conflict Resolution Circuits.”

Measure & Adapt:

  • Track developmental milestones with checklists
  • Customize approaches for neurodiverse learners (ADHD, autism spectrum).
